Let us help you create workplace cultures that are safe and inclusive for employees who identify as 2SLGBTQ+

We live in a society that’s rich in diversity. Inclusion, safety, and respect are core values at most Canadian workplaces – regardless of the industry sector. It’s a world where investors place a higher value on companies with workplaces that are safe and respectful for ALL employees.

Research shows that safe and inclusive workplaces thrive, are more resilient, and better able to navigate a crisis. They’re also more productive and profitable.

Do your company’s front-line leaders have the skills they need to support a team member as they transition? Or when they face discrimination or harassment at work?

The Centre for Sexuality can help you create a workplace culture that values and celebrates gender and sexual diversity.

What we can do for you

Consult

First, we listen…
To learn as much as we can about the organization – from the inside out. Vision, core values, strengths, and areas of weaknesses. Current policies on inclusion and gender diversity. How your leaders put those policies to work in real life. And, perhaps most importantly, employees’ day-to-day experiences in your workplace.

Then, we partner with you to create the best-suited approaches for your company’s unique workplace culture.

Audit

Your organization is its own world…. often with a shared culture you barely notice. Because sometimes, you don’t know what you don’t know.

That’s why the Centre for Sexuality has a robust audit approach that will help you test and assess your company’s inclusion policies, procedures, and practices.

Once we know the answers, we work with you to revise your policies and practices, if needed. And together, we’ll create simple, practical action plans – tailored for your business – to support change and build capacity to sustain the change for long-term impact.

Let us help you create a workplace culture where everyone feels safe to bring their whole selves to work and give their best.
