Safer, more inclusive workplaces
This workshop discusses practical strategies for creating more inclusive environments for gender and sexually diverse (2SLGBTQ+) clients and co-workers at your workplace.
Through interactive activities and discussion, participants will explore the differences between sex, gender, and sexual orientation, while discussing the impacts of homophobia, biphobia, transphobia on 2SLGBTQ+ individuals. Participants will leave this session with the skills and tools to support 2SLGBTQ+ clients and colleagues.
