This session is tailored to specifically meet the needs of human resource professionals, management, and leadership teams. In this interactive and practical workshop, participants will explore the benefits of creating safer and more inclusive workplace cultures for gender and sexually diverse staff, clients, and customers. This workshop explores the differences between sex, gender, gender identity, gender expression, and sexual orientation, provides information about the impacts of discrimination in the workplace, and discusses organizational change and pertinent policies that can foster 2SLGBTQ+ inclusion.
Participants will leave this training with practical tools to address questions staff may have relating to 2SLGBTQ+ inclusion.
