Giving back isn’t cancelled. On #GivingTuesdayNow, you can express generosity right from your own home.

We’re proud partners of #GivingTuesdayNow. Join us on May 5 in this global day of giving and unity.

At the Centre, we’re providing much-needed online and phone support to our LGBTQ+ community during this crisis. We know many people are feeling isolated from their communities, particularly LGBTQ+ youth who are no longer attending their school GSA meetings.

Many LGBTQ+ youth are at home with families who may not be supportive of their sexual orientation or gender identity. We know that there is an enormous mental health impact when LGBTQ+ youth don’t have support in their lives.

We know that mental health is a priority right now, and we are proud to be part of helping LGBTQ+ individuals who need support during this time.

The need is critical, especially for youth and adults who are feeling isolated from their community, or who may not be living in a safe situation.

Please consider making a donation to help us support vulnerable youth and adults in our community during this pandemic. Your #GivingTuesdayNow donation will help us continue our work to ensure the LGBTQ+ community feels safe and supported during the crisis.

Other ways to show your #GivingTuesdayNow support:

We all could use a little love right now. Print, draw, or paint the #GivingTuesday heart somewhere that your neighbours, clients, supporters and community can see. The goal is to share the message of love and generosity. Take a picture and post on social media with #GivingTuesdayNow, #GivingTuesdayCa, and #MardiJeDonneMaintenant.

Sidewalk Chalk Love Notes:

Create messages about world unity, thank frontline workers, write a quote, or give love to your city/town. The sidewalks of your community will be brimming with all the love! Share your photos on May 5th and don’t forget to use #GivingTuesdayNow, #GivingTuesdayCa, and #MardiJeDonneMaintenant.
