Want to meet other smart, fun, young guys?

Totally Outright is a free, four day leadership program for young gay, bisexual, trans, two-spirit, and queer (GBT2Q) guys into guys between 18-30 years of age. The program is an opportunity to meet other cool guys, get involved in your community, and learn about things such as GBT2Q health, relationships, sex, drugs and much more!

What’s involved?

Totally Outright takes place over two weekends (Saturday and Sunday) at Calgary Sexual Health Centre.

The four days include a number of skill-building workshops led by leaders in Calgary’s GBT2Q community, lots of opportunities to mix, mingle, and network with other guys, and a chance to learn about and practice doing community outreach. Participants in the program also work together on developing a new campaign for GBT2Q guys using the skills and information they learn. By the end of the program, graduates will walk away with a bunch of new connections, and the knowledge and skills to be the next generation of community leaders in Calgary! It’s an amazing opportunity and a great way to take your community involvement to the next level!

Totally Outright’s Goals

The goal of Totally Outright is to increase guys knowledge of sexual health, general health and well-being, healthy relationships, and the challenges experienced by GBT2Q guys in Calgary. Beyond that, Totally Outright aims to help young guys engage in community outreach, and learn the skills to be effective community health promoters. Plus, Totally Outright gives guys a great context to meet other like-minded guys in a socially meaningful way.
