From Me to We is a program that creates a safe and welcoming space just for transgender, Two-Spirit, non-binary and gender non-conforming youth aged 14-17 to build knowledge, skills, confidence, and social connection.

What is this program all about?

Program participants will explore their identities; experience a sense of belonging and acceptance; and build their knowledge, skills, and confidence to develop, participate, and maintain healthy relationships with themselves, others, and their communities.

The program includes 3 Modules: Relationship with Self, Relationships with Others and Relationships with Community over 13 weeks. Sessions will be one weeknight per week, plus four Social Saturdays over the course of the program.
