Join ‘The Hook Up’, a new sexual health education program for 2SGBQ+ (Two Spirit, gay, bi and queer) guys into guys over 30!
We know that talking about sex, healthy relationships and your health changes over time. What was important to you when you were younger might not resonate now. But we know that many 2SGBQ+ guys don’t always feel equipped with the right information and tools to talk about what these changing needs are. We want to create a space for guys to connect, build community, and learn about these topics in a safe, fun, and engaging way.
The program runs for four weeks, with each session providing space to learn about important sexual health topics such as HIV and STI prevention, as well as the opportunity to build healthy relationship skills such as communication and boundary setting.
The Hook Up is free to attend, and participants will receive an honorarium for completing the program. Our next program runs for four Tuesday evening sessions ( March 12th, 19th and 26th; April 2). The program is open to any Two Spirit, gay, bisexual, queer or other guy who is into guys, including cis, trans, and other gender diverse people who may see themselves represented in this space.
