Create safer spaces for diverse older adults
This workshop discusses practical strategies for creating more inclusive environments for gender and sexually diverse (2SLGBTQ+) older adults. Through interactive activities and discussions, participants will explore the impacts of homophobia, biphobia, and transphobia on 2SLGBTQ+ individuals as they age.
This training will examine myths, clarify language and definitions and provide participants with strategies to create safer and more supportive environments for gender and sexually diverse older adults.
