Since 2009, Centre for Sexuality’s Training Centre has provided professional workshops, staff training, organizational change and consultative support to a wide variety of organizations and partners across sectors.
Over the past 15+ years, our experienced facilitators have trained over 75,000 professionals locally, provincially, nationally, and internationally in a multitude of industries.
We strive to work with organizations to identify their own strengths and areas of improvement to create meaningful organizational training and development plans, supporting the training of staff teams and stewarding intentional organizational improvements toward inclusion. This can include:

- 2SLGBTQ+ inclusion organizational change and audit process
- Consulting services, including policy and procedure reviews, guidance on improving existing programs and services for 2SLGBTQ+ inclusion, etc.
