Whether you’re looking to support diversity and inclusion, enhance client-centred care or pursue leadership-specific training, we have a workshop that can help you achieve your goals.
Free 2026 Training for Rural Professionals!
Thanks to generous funding from RBC, we are offering free Training Centre workshops for organizations in rural settings in Alberta, including Indigenous- and newcomer-serving organizations. We have funding to train up to 1,000 professionals in any of the following workshops:
- Creating a Culture of Respect for Gender and Sexual Diversity
- 2SLGBTQ+ Inclusion in the Workplace: A Training for Leadership and HR Professionals
- At the Intersection: Building Awareness and Capacity to Support People Experiencing Intersectional Stigma
- Fostering Inclusion for 2SLGBTQ+ Communities: Training for the Homeless-Serving Sector
- No Longer Silent: Creating a Culture of Respect for Sexually and Gender Diverse Older Adults
- Sexual Orientation, Gender Identity and Expression (SOGIE) Inclusion for Immigrant and Refugee-Serving Organizations
- Where the Rivers Meet: Creating a Culture of Respect for Two-Spirit and Indigiqueer Communities
- Becoming an Ally: Being an Engaged Bystander
- Part 3 of our Natural Supports Framework Series: Enhancing Natural Supports for 2SLGBTQ+ Clients
This funding covers workshop fees not including travel and mileage, so in-person sessions will have come costs associated with travel. We can offer virtual workshops as well!
