Organizational policies for more inclusive environments

This workshop is intended for professionals working in organizations that provide sexual health, harm reduction and/or sexually transmitted and blood-borne infection (STBBI) related care, including front-line service providers, managers, and other stakeholders.

In this training, participants will critically analyze the policies, practices and culture of their own organizations, assessing the strengths and challenges in providing safer and more respectful services. Participants will be introduced to various tools that aid in the development of organizational strategies to address stigma and discrimination.

Since 2009, our Training Centre has offered a full-range of workshops tailored for professionals working in all sectors. Learn more about the Training Centre.
